AML Policy

Last updated: 02.11.2026

Clearchain.online respects users' right to financial privacy and does not require identity verification (KYC) for core use of the Service. At the same time, we take preventing the use of the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activity seriously.

1. Our role in the AML chain

It's important to understand the Service's structure: we are an aggregator interface that routes a user's request to independent third-party liquidity providers (FixedFloat, Godex, Trocador, and others). Each of these providers independently applies its own AML/KYC procedures, transaction monitoring, and risk-scoring under its own policy and the laws applicable to it. We do not have access to their internal scoring systems and do not influence their decisions.

This means that even though our Service doesn't request any data from you, the selected liquidity provider may independently pause, delay, or decline a specific transaction, and in rare cases request additional information about the source of funds. That decision is made by the provider, not by us, and is outside our control.

2. We do not hold funds

The Service is non-custodial. We never receive, hold, or transfer user funds on our own behalf — every transaction goes directly between the user and the liquidity provider. This structurally rules out our ability to physically "launder" or move anyone's funds — we technically cannot do so, since we are never part of the chain of asset custody.

3. Prohibited activity

Use of the Service is prohibited in connection with:

4. Geographic and sanctions restrictions

The Service is not offered to U.S. citizens or residents — see our Terms of Use for details. We also do not welcome use of the Service by individuals or entities subject to international sanctions, regardless of their country of residence.

5. Right to suspend and refuse

Despite not performing our own user verification, we reserve the right to block access to the Service for a specific address, IP, or usage pattern if we have reasonable grounds to suspect a violation of this policy — based on automated technical indicators, not personal data collection.

6. Cooperation with authorities

We may cooperate with law enforcement within the bounds of applicable law upon receiving a lawful, legally binding request (court order, subpoena, etc.). Since we do not store identity-linking data, the scope of information we can provide is limited strictly to technical logs (IP address, request timestamp), which we retain in the minimum necessary amount.

7. Responsibility of liquidity providers

Each liquidity provider through which an exchange is executed bears independent responsibility for AML compliance applicable to it under the laws of its own jurisdiction of registration. We recommend users review the specific provider's own policies if this matters to them.
