How does the exchange work?

Choose your send and receive currencies, enter the amount and your wallet address. We create an order, you send funds to the given address, and after network confirmation the exchange is sent automatically to your wallet.

Do I need to register?

No. Exchanges are fully anonymous with no account and no personal data required.

How long does an exchange take?

Usually 5 to 30 minutes depending on network load and confirmations. Stablecoins and fast networks are quicker.

What is the minimum amount?

The minimum depends on the selected pair and is shown right in the exchange widget under the amount field.

How do I track my exchange?

Right after creating it, save the link from the status page. It always shows the current state. You can also look up an exchange by ID and token in "My Exchanges".

Are there hidden fees?

No. The amount you receive is shown upfront with all fees included — what you see is what you get.

Is it safe?

We never hold your funds and never ask for personal data. The exchange runs directly through a liquidity provider and the result goes straight to your wallet.

What if I send the wrong amount?

On a significant mismatch the order moves to a "needs attention" state. Contact support and we will help resolve it.

Can I cancel an exchange?

Before sending funds, just don't send them — the order expires automatically. After sending, the exchange is irreversible.
