Terms of Use

Last updated: 02.11.2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Clearchain.online ("the Service", "we"). By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our AML Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are (and are not)

Clearchain.online is an aggregator interface that helps users find and execute cryptocurrency exchanges through independent third-party liquidity providers (including FixedFloat, Godex, Trocador, and potentially others that may be added or changed without prior notice). We:

All obligations for the actual execution of the exchange, compliance with applicable financial regulations, and any claims related to transaction execution rest with the selected third-party liquidity provider, not with us.

2. Anonymity and data minimization

We designed the Service to collect as little user data as possible:

Note: despite our own data-minimization policy, the third-party liquidity providers executing the exchange apply their own independent risk-scoring and transaction monitoring under their own AML policies — see Section 5 and our AML Policy.

3. Geographic restrictions

The Service is not intended for use by citizens, residents, or persons physically located in the United States, or any other jurisdiction where cryptocurrency exchange is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are not a U.S. citizen or resident and are not physically located in the U.S. or another prohibited jurisdiction at the time of use.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any user if we have reason to believe they fall under the above restrictions, without providing a reason.

4. Irreversibility of transactions and user responsibility

Blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature. The user bears full and sole responsibility for:

We cannot cancel, reverse, pause, or otherwise modify an already-sent blockchain transaction. Errors made by the user in entering an address, network, or amount cannot be corrected by us and do not constitute grounds for a claim against the Service.

5. AML compliance and right to refuse service

While we do not ourselves collect identity data, the third-party liquidity providers executing the exchange may pause, delay, request additional information about a specific transaction, or decline to execute it under their own AML/KYC procedures — independent of and outside our control. See our AML Policy for details.

We also reserve the right to deny or restrict access to the Service for a specific user without providing a reason, if we have reasonable grounds to believe the use is connected to unlawful activity.

6. No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clearchain.online and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from: use of or inability to use the Service; acts, errors, or delays of third-party liquidity providers; changes in exchange rates; technical failures; actions of third parties; or errors made by the user when entering data.

By using the Service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clearchain.online from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

8. Age requirement

The Service may only be used by individuals aged 18 or older, or who have reached the age of majority under the laws of their jurisdiction.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The current version is always available on this page with the update date shown. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction of registration, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
